What We do
What We do
Exterior Renovation & Siding Services We Offer
We install asphalt shingles and standing-seam metal roofing. Most residential roof installations in Worthington are finished in one to two days.
★
We install vinyl, fiber-cement, and engineered siding designed to protect your home against Franklin County’s freeze-thaw cycles and summer storms.
★
We fabricate custom aluminum gutters on-site and tie them into clean soffit and fascia work to keep water moving away from your foundation and out of your basement.
★
Install energy-efficient replacement windows in your home to cut drafts, reduce utility bills, and add comfort. Window replacements are especially helpful on the older housing stock in and around Old Worthington.
★
Aluminum Trim Wrapping & Capping
A lot of older Worthington homes have original wood trim that’s quietly rotting behind the paint. If you’re facing similar issues, we can wrap and cap exposed wood with custom aluminum so water stays out and your trim lines stay sharp.
★
Our emergency response team inspects storm damage, documents everything thoroughly for your insurer, and handles the repairs.

Permits
Permit Requirements for Siding & Exterior Remodeling in Worthington, OH (2026)
We handle all permits and ARB submissions, so you don’t deal with City Hall.
Permits Required?
Yes. Siding, roofing, and window work need a building permit from the City of Worthington Division of Building Regulation at 374 Highland Avenue, under Chapter 1305 of the Codified Ordinances.
ARB Approval
Homes inside Worthington’s Architectural Review District (the original 1803 village, lots fronting High Street and Granville Road, and several named subdivisions) typically need a Certificate of Appropriateness before the building permit is issued. But repairs matching existing materials may be exempt under Chapter 1177.07.
How We Handle It
We prepare and submit the permit application, assemble the ARB package if needed, and schedule the project around the next available meeting.
Average Cost
Roof and siding replacement permits run $70 (plus 1% OBBS fee). Projects valued at $1,500 or less are $50. Larger alterations are $100 plus $10 per 100 gross sq ft.
Timeline & Inspections
Standard permits take about a week. We schedule all inspections and cover any re-inspection fees.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
My home is in Old Worthington. Will I need ARB approval for a new siding?
If you’re in the Architectural Review District, we’ll confirm during the inspection and handle the Certificate of Appropriateness submission.
How do I know if my siding needs repair or full replacement?
If the problem is isolated, repair it. If the siding is failing in many areas or allowing moisture in, replacement is usually the better long-term choice.
Do you handle insurance claims for storm damage in Worthington?
Yes. We inspect the damage, document everything for the insurer, and guide you through the claim process from start to finish.
How long will my siding project take?
Most siding projects run 4 to 7 days, roofing takes 1 to 2 days, and gutters are usually a one-day job. ARB approval, if needed, adds time up front, and we’ll give you a clear timeline before work starts.
What warranties come with the work?
Every project includes a 10-year workmanship warranty plus manufacturer coverage from CertainTeed and Owens Corning.
