Are Permits Required in Hilliard?
Full siding replacement and many exterior updates, such as soffit, fascia, and trim work, typically require a building permit through the City of Hilliard or Franklin County, depending on the property.
We Take Care of It
Once you approve your estimate, we prepare and submit the permit application with the correct scope, materials, and project details to keep the process moving smoothly.

We schedule inspections and address any issues that arise.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only install siding, or do you handle complete exterior projects?
Siding is our primary focus, but many Hilliard homeowners hire us for complete exterior work, including roofing, gutters, soffit, fascia, and trim. Handling everything together helps avoid coordination issues and ensures the exterior functions as a single system.
How do I know whether my home needs repairs or full replacement?
It depends on the condition of the materials, the age of the home, and whether moisture damage is present. Tyler inspects the exterior in person and explains whether targeted repairs will solve the problem or if replacement is the better long-term option.
How long do most exterior projects take?
Most siding projects in Hilliard are completed in 4–7 days. Roofing work is typically finished in 1–2 days, depending on the scope and weather.
